Welcome to Furore Watches FAQ, the source of information for everything related to Furore watches. We hope the following will answer all of your questions. If not, please send us an e-mail at hello@furorewatches.com.

30 DAYS EXCHANGE WARRANTY!

Congratulations with your new watch!
You have 30 days to have a good look at your watch at home. You picked the wrong one? No worries, just send it back!

Just a few rules:
  • The watch must be unworn and undamaged
  • Return the watch in the same packaging, including labels and / or stickers
  • Return the watch within 30 days
  • Do not forget to return the guarantee certificate and accessories
  • The return costs and risks are on you
  • The package must be registered

If your package meets all the above, we will return your money as soon as possible.

If you prefer to choose another watch from of our Furore collections, we will send it immediately after receiving the previously ordered watch.

PAYMENT METHODS
Are you about to buy a Furore watch in our online shop? We offer multiple payment options, such as iDEAL, creditcard or regular bank transfer.

WARRANTY
Furore Watches offers a 24 months warranty on your watch.
This includes technical errors such as an incorrectly closing clasp, dial, hands and movement will be compensated. Keep in mind that there is no warranty on your strap, the glass, the battery and the crown.

BROKEN GLASS
Broken glass is rarely a production error. If this is the case, it can be traced back to the shape which is round or oval, with the glass obliquely broken off. If so, we will send you a new watch of course :)

PRODUCT PRICES
The prices as shown on the website include all taxes.

RETURNS
We kindly ask you to complete the withdrawal form and return your package to the address below. Make sure that the items can not move freely in the package, in order to prevent damage during transport.

SHIPMENT
Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? We have some good news! Shipment to these countries is free. Most of the time the shipment by PostNL will be delivered the next working day.
We do assure you that your package leaves our door latest one day after your order date.

STRAP
Your strap might be too big or too short. After all, we are all different and we do not all have the same wrists.
The adjustment of the strap is very easy with a thin pin or a flat screwdriver.
You rather don't do this yourself? You can always call or step by our office or visit a jeweler nearby.

TYPE OF GLASS
All Furore watches are made of hardened mineral glass.

CROWN
You can set the time by the crown (the button on the right side)

QUARTZ 
A Quartz watch has a battery to keep the watch movement running. 

WATERRESISTANCY
Furore watches are water resistant, not waterproof. The values shown on watches (ATM) are test values and offer no guarantee in open water due to water pressure and big temperature differences.
3 ATM / 30 meters: Resistant to light rain showers and a splash of water.
